Andrew Mullins, a new student, looks around and he sees cracks in the pavement outside of Centennial College’s Centre for Creative Communications, in which grass has begun to grow. He takes another look around as he explores what gardens his new school will have to help relax him on his breaks in between classes. He notices that there are few flowers in front of the college entrance and in the courtyard. Centennial’s gardens and landscaping in general are lacking, Mullins says.
