She’s spent two years rotting away in my parents’ driveway, but I haven’t forgotten about her.
I haven’t forgotten about the stained glass art my sister made that hangs from the rear view mirror.
My glove box – I haven’t forgotten – is filled with a bundle of poetry from a co-worker I hardly even knew. It also contains invitations to my Independence Day wedding that never happened. Funny stuff. I try not to think about her too much...
